Easy 30-Day Returns Policy:


We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods:


Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items within 24 hours. If any goods are damaged or faulty, report the issue to us immediately. To initiate a return, provide photos of the damaged items before the courier collects them. We take responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit.

 

Please note that returns cannot be processed once you've attempted to install or use the product.

 

Change of Mind or Made a Mistake:


If you've changed your mind or made a mistake with your order, we understand. We will make every effort to facilitate a replacement product or refund. Please contact our team, and we will arrange for the collection and return of your goods.

 

Goods That Have Not Been Delivered:


If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, no return fee will apply. After 24 hours but before shipment, a $30 change fee applies.

 

Goods That Have Been Delivered:

 

Unopened Goods: Return within 30 days for a refund, less a 30% restocking fee.
After 30 Days: Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for products purchased more than 30 days ago.

General Return Conditions:

 

Goods must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
All packaging should be free of writing, postage labels, and damage.
Email us to request our returns form, fill it out, and include it with your return package.
Send photos of the condition of the boxes and actual product before it leaves your premises.
NO returns will be accepted without photos of the boxes with labels of the product and the product itself.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

Certain items at Bathroom Warehouse Direct fall under our non-returnable category due to their nature and the commitment involved in their procurement. Please be aware of the following:

Vanity Units, Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets: Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

Concrete Basins and ADP Products: Orders for these specific brands/product types are final, and returns or refunds are not possible once the order is confirmed.

Stone Baths from All Manufacturers, Acrylic Baths: Depending on packaging and brand, returns for stone baths and acrylic baths may not be accepted. Please reach out to us for more information and clarification before purchasing.

Customized, Non-Stocked, or Specialty Manufactured Products: If your order includes custom, non-stocked, or specially manufactured products, we will notify you before purchase to ensure full transparency.

Goods with Damaged or Missing Packaging: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging, as they cannot be safely returned and are not suitable for resale.

Commercial Quantities or Project Orders: Returns for commercial quantity orders are generally not accepted due to the stock commitment required. In certain instances, returns may be possible but will incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for more details.

Original Condition Requirement: To qualify for returns, goods and their packaging must be in their original condition. We cannot accept items without their original packaging or if the packaging is damaged, including the delivery skid or pallet.

Postage:

 

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
Use postal tracking and insurance for returned items.
Do not apply postage labels directly to product packaging.

Received Something Different or Missing Item:
